Tasting notes

  • Nose

    Crashing waves, hot leather and freshly sliced breakfast grapefruit with a sprinkling of fragrant flower petals. Rich and smoky peat fires build in the background, adding savoury notes and chocolate.

  • Palate

    Powerful peat smoke and spice with lemon, lime and grapefruit zest underneath. Sweetness grows in the glass, with citrus syrup balanced by charcoal ash and stony-beach minerality.

    Dry and ashy with orchard fruit sweetness and floral hints.
