Freshly charred wood and a background of sea air. Sweet spice and carbolic style smoke suggest those traditional medicinal notes. -
Palate
A flavour of vanilla pods cooked in butter is set off against ripe citrus and pink peppercorns. The peat smoke is subtle and earthy. -
Finish
Clementine and vanilla fall away to leave herb-infused background smoke.

Lp5 Reviews
-
A finely integrated peat monster.

-
A refreshing young bourbon-matured dram. Needs water to get smoother.

Dry smoky tar, dry oak and coal dust with croissant pastry. Still raspingly smoky and dry with a splash of water, but delightfully so.
