Islay single malt scotch whisky
The owner of the distillery that makes this whisky is well known for its use of wine casks, and this whisky takes that idea and runs with it. Matured in a Sauternes casks from Château Climens, it combines the hugely smoky spirit with the character of a world-class sweet wine.

Wow! Despite the high abv, this doesn’t need water. The peating level may be high, but everything is so well integrated that it doesn’t hit you in the face. Peated whisky at its best.
Yet again this not so secret Islay distillery delivers a powerful and spicy whisky. This thick, almost oily elixir can be savoured by the drop.
An UFW (that’s right, that would be Unidentified Flying Whisky) but it grows on you. And hey, it’s intriguing, as they say. Try to try it!
