Tasting notes

  • Nose

    Vanilla and thick caramel, dried charcoal and rich dark chocolate.

  • Palate

    Background notes of cocoa powder and chilli spice with vanilla and plum sauce adding weight, and fresh ash and burning kindle wood giving that typical Islay smoke.

  • Finish

    Thick sweet honey and spice mingle with smoke, leaving the impression of a summer barbecue.
