Tasting notes

  • Nose

    Green apples covered in crunchy toffee – water brings out smoky notes.

  • Palate

    Punchy, with more of the green apple from the nose as well as sweet pineapple and zesty lime. Water reveals more complexity, intensifying the fruit and creating a blanket of soft smoke.

  • Finish

    Long and zesty, with green apple and lime.
