NoseTropical fruit juice with vanilla essence. A background of peat smoke blends with coastal notes of rock pools and eucalyptus leaves, honeysuckle, and John Dory baked in butter and sea salt.
PalateThick, ripe mango and dry wood smoke with vanilla custard poured over freshly cut strawberries. The flavours combine with classic seashell and brisk sea-spray notes, like standing by the distillery itself.
FinishCaribbean spice, banana and lingering dried mint leaves.
