Tasting notes

  • Nose

    Stone fruits with heather honey and a waxy overtone. A subtle briny character and soft peat smoke hinting at salted caramel.

  • Palate

    Tangerines and nectarines with buttered toast and shortbread biscuit. Warm on the palate developing a charcoal smoke.

  • Finish

    Rich honey and vanilla linger while sea salt and smoke dissipate.
