Tasting notes

  • Nose

    Big toffee and baked raisins with butterscotch and charred oak.

  • Palate

    Stewed autumnal fruits, rhubarb and Cox’s apples baked with brown sugar. Flavours of marzipan and dark chocolate coat the palate while a touch of peppery spice add a subtle savoury element.

  • Finish

    Bonfire smoke and rich espresso linger with notes of treacle.
