PalateA silky-smooth buttery texture sits perfectly alongside zesty bitter orange giving the impression of biting into an orange drizzle cake. This gradually gives way to rich, woody smoke, which slowly rolls over the palate leading to a final hint of salt and medicinal peat reek.
