Tasting notes

  • Nose

    Multi-layered and fascinating, the nose offers lots of malty cereal, wet straw and peaty smoke alongside juicy fruit-salad notes of grapes and oranges.

  • Palate

    More fruit at first mingles with nuts, toffee, and cereal before an explosion of smoke takes over, slowly dissipating and leading to baked apple pastries.

  • Finish

    Baked apples and wisps of smoke from a wood-burning stove.
