Tasting notes

  • Nose

    Delicious combination of smoked fish and rich oak. Tropical-fruit notes, too: mango and kiwi interlaced with cinnamon.

  • Palate

    Peat smoke at first, joined by lemon zest, apple and pineapple, followed by sooty, earthy notes.

  • Finish

    Warm spiciness with some green fruit at the back.
