Fireside Fèis Ìle 2024

Elements of Islay Fireside is our second Fèis Ìle exclusive, following the success of Beach Bonfire in 2023. This is a Islay blended malt from two distilleries on the island's north coast, matured in heavily re-charred hogsheads, American oak Oloroso Sherry hogsheads and European oak Oloroso sherry butts. For 2024, our Head Blender was inspired by the image of savouring a smoky dram, fireside with friends, after being caught in an Islay downpour. As the night carries on, wind whistles through the windows and rain hits the tin roof, you are blissfully aware that you have conquered the Islay elements and are safe by the fire. The perfect reward following an outdoor adventure.
