Elements of Islay Bourbon Cask is an Islay blended malt whisky that sits alongside Cask Edit and Sherry Cask. It is matured in first fill and refill bourbon barrels and is bottled at a higher strength of 54.5% to fully showcase the whisky’s natural personality. Classic rich barbecue smoke from a south coast Islay distillery combines with more subtle, zesty flavours from the north coast.

Elements of Islay Sherry Cask is an Islay blended malt whisky that sits alongside Cask Edit and Bourbon Cask. It is matured in first fill and refill Sherry butts and hogsheads and is bottled at a higher strength of 54.5% to fully showcase the whisky’s natural personality. The flavours from the south coast distillery brings dried fruits and dark chocolate, while adding bright lemon and Arbroath smokie notes from the north coast distillery.

Elements of Islay Campfire is a limited release blended malt from three characterful Islay single malts. As the sun sets, with flavours of a barbequed dinner still prevalent, you sit next to the warmth of a roaring campfire and toast your s’mores; ginger-spiced biscuit, chocolate and marshmallow. This blended malt, matured in Pedro-Ximénez and Oloroso sherry butts, first fill bourbon barrel and lightly charred and toasted new oak barrels, brings together three single malts from the north and south coast of Islay, giving you the perfect dram to share by the fire.

This is a Islay blended malt from two distilleries on the island's north coast, matured in heavily re-charred hogsheads, American oak Oloroso Sherry hogsheads and European oak Oloroso sherry butts.<br><br> For 2024, our Head Blender was inspired by the image of savouring a smoky dram, fireside with friends, after being caught in an Islay downpour. As the night carries on, wind whistles through the windows and rain hits the tin roof, you are blissfully aware that you have conquered the Islay elements and are safe by the fire.
